Rates

Winter rentals Oct. 1 to May 31 $850.00 per month.
Rental includes heat, light, cable TV and internet connections.

May and June $1,000.00 per month, three days at $350.00, one week $599.00 and $125.00 per night.
Rental includes heat, light, cable TV and internet connections.

July, Aug. and Sept. $185.00 per night, three nights $450.00, one week $950.00.
Rental includes heat, light, cable TV and internet connections.
These rates are based on double occupancy, additional charge of $15.00 per person, plus applicable taxes.
